Often have what I need and are always willing to help me get anything I dont Its run by high school drop outs that dont even know where things are at on shelves Then gave me the Correct parts and tools to fix my vehicle! Helped me by providing a FREE OBD-II reading. but products in the thousands, soīeen to this store twice, great service both times and I really appreciate them, especially Julio. I have been here a a couple of times it is agreat location helpful employees but not very outgoing did not like their aproach.Īlways knowledgeable & helpful. Henderson Nevada on Horizon some of the staff are good some are bad it seems like it would be a mans world in that auto parts store but you know what the men are kind of dumbfounded in The Women are Smarter at this AutoZone it truly amaze me and there more helpful thanks ladies for all your help What a joke of customer service, dont give them your money they dont appreciate their customers. Staff sitting around the store chatting it up, working on a commercial truck needed some batteries charged and tested, guy gives me attitude says "its gonna tie up our machine." wtf!? I was looking at buying 3 commercial batteries from them. I never fault a store for something being beyond their ability because of technical or corporate limitations, but rudeness and borderline hostility is never called for. It was a completely unnecessary and unwarranted demeanor given the situation. The whole time with a snide attitude and never once acknowledging that he had said they would attempt to find it or anything else. The manager cut in and rudely stated "we tried to tell you." and then said they couldnt and wouldnt do anything there. When we went in today with both the receipt and the bad throttle body, Jennifer seemed like she genuinely did want to at least see what could be done as they are closest to our location by a good bit. I called the next day and whoever I spoke with suggested the Hub could probably do more than his store, but he never said he wouldnt try or anything else. When my partner was in there last week, he was told to bring the receipt and they could try to order it since he couldnt remember the PIN and I was indisposed. As it happens, that store is not able to take care of it because they are not a "commercial store." Fine, they cant help that the system wont allow them to access the info needed. We are a commercial account with a throttle body bought in Albuquerque that needs a warranty return. The manager, however, is a totally different story. Let me start by commending Jennifer for her amazing attitude and willingness to help, even if she wasnt able to.
